The Alton is looking for a Assisted Living Maintenance Technician to maintain our Assisted Living Facility The Alton.

Our Assisted Living is located in Saint Paul.

This position would be responsible for general maintenance of our building and day to day needs of the buildings as they come up.

We will need a candidate who is highly professional and a "jack of all trades" who has knowledge and extensive experience with:

• Boilers License

• Compliance Regulations

• Assisted Living Facility

• Plumbing

• Electric

• Painting

• Drywall repairs

• Servicing appliances

• HVAC

• General building maintenance needs

This position would currently be offered as full time at 40 hours/week. Daytime Hours.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
