Job Summary

In this exciting role, you are responsible for the coordination and supervising of the Integrated Community Support (ICS) apartment programs, which consists of apartment buildings. This position will be based out of our office in Roseville. The ICS Apartments are located in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
As a Program Manager, you will supervise and train all staff members and ensure all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
The program manager will ensure proper 245D documentation which include the creation of SPA's, IAPPs, SMAs, and others. The manager will also meet with the client's support team as required.
The Manager will be responsible for the performance of programs within Global Health Link. The Manager should have prior experience (4 Years desired) managing apartment settings in which clients receive services.

Salary: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
