***Job Summary***
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a graduate degree from a college accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). •
- An active certification with the BACB.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing therapeutic / behavioral interventions for neurodivergent children and youth.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training and staff development within the Applied Behavior Analysis modality.
- Working knowledge of the state legal and ethical requirements regarding human rights and the treatment of vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to travel to various locations in the community and to meetings throughout the metro area.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis treatment strategies to neurodivergent children and youth.
- Experience with developing, monitoring, and analyzing treatment plans and client progress using ABA strategies.
- Working knowledge of personal safety trainings and/or the ability to train others (PCMA, MANDT, QBS).
- Experience in participation in or facilitation of interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Working knowledge of/skills in person-centered practices and trauma informed care.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed to determine the functions of behavior in the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, Qualified Supervising Professional and other Modality Specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based with a person-centered approach.
- Provide behavioral and skills-based interventions to clients, including teaching adaptive skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, and other modality specialists to provide comprehensive care.
-Provide training and in the moment support to staff to ensure program integrity and quality of delivered services.
-Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
