Global Health Link provides 245D services, Housing stabilization services, PCA services, and Customized living services to individuals that receive waiver benefits through Medical Assistance. We've been operating in the twin cities since 2007 and have always provided quality services.
Job Summary
Global Health Link is looking for a Full or Part Time Clinical Supervisor to oversee key clinical, training, and administrative objectives and collaborate with other leaders to ensure high quality clinical, supervision, and training services are being delivered across all of our mental health programs. These programs will include ARHMS, CTSS, EIDBI and BHH. The individual we are seeking should have had experience in one of the programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain respective DHS guidelines for all programs.
- Provide training and hold monthly meetings.
- Ability to coach, teach, and practice skills with supervises.
- Provide supervision to staff members and provide guidance for challenging behaviors.
- Ability to create, review, provide feedback, and sign off on Diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, review assessments, and progress notes for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Ability to give clear direction to mental health staff related to alternative strategies when a recipient is struggling with moving towards recovery.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families/guardians of clients, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff, as appropriate.
- Maintain respective DHS guidelines for all programs.
Qualifications
- Licensure required (LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT).
- Minimum of 4000 hours (post-Masters) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness.
- Two-year previous supervisory experience preferred (must be clinical supervision).
- Valid Driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with mental illness, including IRTS Variance.
- Experience with Diagnostic Assessment required.
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
